Sancia began her real estate career in 2002 and has experience in all aspects of the industry, including real estate sales, homeowner association management, mortgage financing, and real estate appraisal. She is currently licensed as both a Sales Agent and Certified Real Estate Appraiser, allowing one profession to strengthen the other. This experience enables her to use an analytical approach to anticipate sales price, marketing times, and market conditions to assist her clients in making informed decisions.
Raised between Seattle, Washington, and Sydney, Australia, Sancia still enjoys travel because of the many years exploring the two cultures and seeing new places. Her grandparents instilled the travel bug in all of their grandchildren by taking them on trips each summer and traveling the world frequently. Sancia had the pleasure of experiencing the Great Wall of China as a young child and enjoyed touring Italy for two weeks with her 92-year-old grandmother. The majority of the photographs she took in Italy were of architecture, the beauty of the aged stone, intricate marble designs and romantic archways captivate her.
The reason Sancia became a real estate agent is to genuinely help people through the home buying and selling process in a caring and compassionate way. She enjoys getting to know people. She loves listening to people's life stories, hear how they live, what their values are, and then use this information to help find the perfect home for them. She works diligently using communication, negotiation, and industry knowledge to navigate the process with her clients and earn their trust and happiness for years to come.
Sancia believes that true happiness comes from giving to others. In both her personal and professional life, and it brings her joy to see people happy. She is known for her big heart and desires to exceed your expectations. She has been on the Fallbrook Food Pantry Board of Directors since 2019, and is also currently serving as the Treasurer and working with the fundraising committee. She joined the board because of her desire to ensure that no one in her community goes without the essential element of food. She regularly volunteers with other local non-profit organizations helping with projects, fundraising efforts, and hands-on maintenance, serving Veterans, special needs adults, seniors and more. Her three children also enjoy volunteering, especially when its outdoors and when they get to meet new people
